Traffic police in Abyei Town said that two riders died when their motorcycle hit with a wall fence of the United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei, on Wednesday night.
Johnin Monykuer said that the rider lost control as he was ridding at high speed from Awolnhom to Abyei Town.
He said the motorbike was carrying a total of four passengers which contributed to the accident. Monykuer said the rider died instantly, while the other died later at Amethbek hospital. Two other victims are being nursed at MSF hospital in Abyei Town.
The traffic police official renewed calls on drivers and riders not to drive or ride while under the influence of alcohol.
