South Sudan Red Cross in Abyei Administrative Area (AAA) has launched an awareness campaign about Coronavirus disease in Agok.
The team started their work on Monday in Aniet market and will extend it to neighboring villages. The exercise will last for a month.
The program educates the community on transmission, prevention, symptoms and signs of Coronavirus. The team also teaches people proper hand washing in public places such as market, public transport, parks and water points.
The team requested the community to cooperate in fighting Coronavirus pandemic.
