The newly appointed chief Administrator of Abyei Administrative Area, Kuol Diem Kuol has told heads of administrations in Abyei to continue working until his swearing in.
The Acting Secretary General of Abyei Administrative Area, Mading Anyang said the chief Administrator in a verbal communication has re-assigned six Administrators to continue doing their constitutional duties.
The new Chief Administrator is expected to take the oath of allegiance on Wednesday. Mading added that the delegation document will arrive in the area after the swearing in ceremony.
Kuol Diem Kuol is a replacement to Kuol Alor Kuol. He was appointed among several state governors and chief Administrators by President of South Sudan, Salva Kiir on Monday.
