Abyei Vision, a weekly newspaper in Arabic will resume publication soon. Deng Meleek, director for Culture and Information in Administration for Education, Culture, Information, Youth and Sports has confirmed. He says twelve journalists are undergoing training on principles and ethics of journalism. The training started on Tuesday and will end on Wednesday this week.
The newspaper will be publishing articles on activities of the government. The first issue of Abyei Vision was published in 2010 but stopped after three months due to shortage of funding.
