The Chamber of Commerce in Rumamer County has banned hawking goods in Aniet market. The order is effective from Monday this week.
The Chairman of Chamber of Commerce in Rumamer County, Bagat Kur Bagat, claims some hawkers deal in stolen goods. Bagat warned that those who violate the ban will face the law. He says anyone interested in business should get an operation license and a place from concerned authorities.
Some of the hawkers described the decision as ‘very bad.’ They also denied the allegation that they sell stolen goods. These mobile traders are mainly children who are trying to make both ends meet.
