Public latrines locked in Aniet market

Majority of public latrines in Aniet market have been closed since last week after they got full. Health Inspector in Agok Administrative Unit, says sewage transportation vehicles cannot access the dumping site in Wunpeth village, due to poor road.

Dau Achuil Ayuel added that the they are trying to solve the problem. One of the traders in the market, Junub Bol appealed to health authorities to act quickly. He called for the closure of bathrooms due to fear of sewage overflow.

There are three blocks of public latrines in Aniet market but only one is currently operating. Its owner says he will close it after two days.
