Chamber of Commerce in Rumamer county met traders and Agok Administrative Unit in Aniet market on Tuesday.
Chairman of Chamber of Commerce, Bagat Kur Bagat, says the meeting is held once in a year to evaluate business activities in Aniet market. He says they discussed stability of prices.
In Aniet market, a 100-kg -bag of sorghum has increased from 24,000 to 30,000 SSP while a 50-kg-bag of sugar has risen to 17,000 SSP from 14,000 SSP.
Traders attributed the price increase to shortage of the commodities in Amiet market where they buy in wholesale.
