Police have arrested eight suspects in connection to an attack on passenger bus along Juba-Nimule highway last week. On Friday, gunmen killed two passengers and wounded three others between Aru junction and Jebel, according to eyewitnesses. Five including children were abducted.
South Sudan’s Police Spokesman, Major General Daniel Justin told Eye radio on Monday that the suspected attackers are in police custody in Juba. He says investigation has been launched and that they will be taken to court soon. The spokesman said one of those abducted was found dead and one is still missing.
