AYAKS Helping Hand Organization, a non-profit-making organization based in the United States is opening its office in Agok, Abyei Administrative Area, for resumption of its life-saving activities which stopped since at the end of last year.
The ceremony is scheduled for Monday next week.
AHHO delivers basic health care and education service in Abyei and other parts of South Sudan.
The organization through its life-saving program affords vulnerable people medical treatment for malaria and typhoid .
“Life-saving task force is to save people who are suffering with typhoid and malaria in South Sudan. It provides basic health care to take blood tests and to test for malaria, and typhoid,” the president of AYAKS Helping Hand Organization, Ayak Deng Madut said.
Ayak added that their focus is on those in need-the low income people.
