The process to screen medical staff has started in Twic County, Warrap state according to official. The exercise which started last month aims at ascertaining the qualification of medical workers in all the facilities. Official says that the move comes after it was realized that many medical workers lack qualification to perform their duties effectively.
Dr. Barac Achuil Rual says the aim is to enable the Ministry deliver better health services in the county. The verification process is expected to complete within this month before the new year begin. He said that initiative is part of the national Ministry of health in Juba to raise the incentives of medical staff next year.
